At The Celery, we’re proud to be Portland’s only restaurant serving a 100% organic menu. Every juice, smoothie, bowl, and salad is made to order with USDA certified organic ingredients, no exceptions.

What “100% Organic” Means Here

When we say 100% organic, we mean it. Every ingredient we use (water and salt excluded) is certified to meet strict USDA standards:

  • Grown without synthetic pesticides or fertilizers

  • Non-GMO and never irradiated

  • No antibiotics or growth hormones

  • Verified through government-approved inspections from farm to processor

The result: clean, honest, traceable food that supports your health and the planet because you deserve it.

Best Ingredients, No Shortcuts

We use only the best, 100% organic ingredients and take no shortcuts.

  • Cold-pressed juices contain no water or other fillers, only 100% organic fruits and veggies

  • Smoothies & açaí bowls are build from scratch using our own cashew milk, oat milk, acai base, peanut butter and much more.

  • Grain bowls & salads are built from organic greens, grains, and proteins with vibrant, scratch-made dressings

  • We ONLY cook with organic extra virgin olive oil, no seed oils here

Vegan-Friendly & Allergen-Aware

Every dish can be made vegan, and we offer gluten-free–friendly options. Let us know about allergies or preferences—our team can guide you to safe, delicious choices. (Please note: while we’re careful, cross-contact is still possible in a shared kitchen.)

We use only local produce suppliers who prioritize local farms for peak flavor, environmental impact, and nutrition. Sustainability doesn’t stop at the plate:

  • Responsible sourcing and reduced food waste practices. We donate food to local shelters and food halls with our partnership with block 13.
