Like everything at the Celery, our juices and nut milks use only 100% organic ingredients. Organic is most important in raw foods, such as juice, since there is no heating. Organic means no synthetic additives, higher levels of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, better taste and is better for the environment.

Highest Quality Process

We use a commercial hydraulic cold-press juicer and press in small batches. This process does not heat or pasteurize the juices, keeping all nutrients intact. ALL store bought juices are pasteurized using heat or pressure and do not contain most of the nutrients (they are killed off during the heating or pressure stage used to artificially increase shelf life). Our juices are best within five days, not months on the shelves.

Packaged in Glass Bottles

We use glass bottles for our juices to eliminate chemical leaching from plastics, to preserve the flavor and nutrients of the juice, and to have the lowest environmental impact. We buy the bottles back for .50 each to minimize our footprint.
